I met some friends in NC to ride Tail of the Dragon in 2016.
It was a nice trip, Keith and I took our sweet time getting down there. We did the dragon in the middle of the week when traffic was reasonable.
On the way home we played tag with storms up the blue ridge parkway until exteme fog forced us down off the ridge on onto highways.
